LeanOptions Consulting Inc. was formed as a result of numerous and varied experiences, and it is that experience which has led to the creation of our streamlined consulting company. Our Name

“Lean” comes from lean enterprise philosophy. We are passionate about reducing waste, in all its forms, to improve efficiency and drive corporate performance. We believe in understanding the current state, developing a clear vision for the future and building processes and strategies to move people and organizations forward to a competitive advantage.

“Options” represents flexibility in approach to problem solving and getting the job done. We respect the different personalities of individuals and corporations and utilize our agility as a boutique consulting firm to deliver both “quick wins” and long-term strategies, customized for each client.
